Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

nParticles Water Problems

Hi all.

I'm trying to create a flood/tsunami scene of a road with the water gushing towards the camera. However the mesh seems to be very blotchy and bubbly and well as small spheres appearing around the sides - not very realistic or watery at all.

I'm looking to make the water more wavy, the texture is fine (I think). I've coverted the nParticles to a polygon mesh, but it just isn't very realistic at all.

I've uploaded a file with a few screenshots and settings I've used put in one so you can see what I mean.

Any help on settings or other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. =]
