Recovering from a virus attack

Well i had a nice problem with my computer a virus and a ton of spyware, so i had to reinstall windows again. Fortunatly i saved some of my work so i didn't lose it all so i'll be back showing of my work. In the meanwhile this is how my desktop looks like.
