Hey Guys n gals

David has kindly let me display this on the web before its release and I just have to let you all know that 'our' Gordon Ramsay has just been given an award of excellence by the kind staff over at 3d total and will be up in their gallery next week.

Talk about a good way to end the week, that should bode well for Simply Maya too as there are plenty of people who are new to maya over there who may not know of this site so we may see some new members. bring em on!!

Didn't you do those initially, Rage? You're making me want to delve back into the the old quickie tutorials Kevin did...it'd always make bust out laughing when he'd say 'skellingtons'' instead of skeletons'. user added image

I still say to this day, your compositing tut and Kari's Apache were a couple of my all time favorites from SM.

But yeah, back in 2002, Kevin asked me to take someones awesome dragon and slap those headers together back at the tail-end of my web-design days.

Yeah, I think there were a bunch of us dealing with the dot.com fallout at the time. That was a hard three years but it was nice the amount of time I had to devote to Maya at the time, not that anything came of it but still nice.
