Emitter question

Im trying to get a emitter to emit poly objects i created.

It all works fine, but the objects come out in a very regimented way, like a bullet leaving a gun, always facing forward and with no form of spinning. Where as i would like the objects to fly as if thrown. If you can imagine picking up a can of soda and throwing it - travelling in one direction but spinning as it flies.

Is there an attribute that could create that kind of flight ?

How about using rigid body dynamics instead?

hi

you can try applying a field to your particles. That would help it to have some sort of dynamic movement. also try changing the spread attribute (if your particles are coming out too straight from the emitter)...

hope that helps...

add a turbulence field would be your best bet that would spin the objects
