lighting

I have a question why does a light effect other lights when you keep adding them. I set up a light and get that one right then when I add another one it throws of the whole mood I set up. Is there a setting to stop this without light linking everything.

i don't get what you mean.

if you mean that when you add another light, the whole scene lightens up twice as much as you wanted it, lights do that.

the lights increase in intensity when they overlap. no way to stop this.

yea, you can make the lights only affect one object. so if you want the light to shine a certain way on one object, and not have other lights affect that object, just make the lights only affect the one object.
