Texturing Middle Earth Goblin

Thx for the comments guys, its a big help, i think that first render was done in a state of total sleeplessness, prety awful i must admit, very sorry, was mainly concerned with the armor, heres an update on the textures and lighting, still a ways to go, but ill get there. Im also going through the throws of rigid and smooth skinning with flexors and lattices, im not to keen on this i must admit, but is a good feeling when done.
I have to hand it in tommorrow so I hope the teacher likes it.
cheers

many thnks

The actual armour texture is nice, but the body needs work, and like you said the face also user added image

Thats pretty good, could do with being closer to the textures so as to see whats going on. I think you need a contrasting color to bring the character right out, be bold!!

Heres some early pics from the rigging stage, this animation control interface took me some time to work out, but was worth the efort as im not the best at animation but this interface made life a lot easier i must admit.

and the rig, lots of expressions, and loving it. Im truly sold on the idea of expressions in animation. Ive been told that some animators hate them but i love em. Probly cause im not an animator. lol
