UV stretching/warping on UV edge

Hello Everyone,

I've been searching around Google for a while now but I just can't work out how to fix this problem with the UV edges warping for no reason when I smooth the mesh or smooth preview...It sounds like a lot of people have had this problem....I've attached an image example of a couple of objects with this problem.

you don't have enough topology... btw, your UVs are way outside the 0-1 boundary. I guess you knew that user added image

Ah I thought it might have been topology ... That means adding more edge loops and detail etc. right?... Was just trying to get away with as little as possible to make the uv mapping easier and faster :-) as for the boundary yeah I just threw it all together quickly to demonstrate my problem :-)
