problem with right wrist joint

everything was going smooth with my muscle body model until I tried keying one frame with the right wrist joint.. then this happened:
before:
user added image
after keying:
user added image
help please?

looking at it i'm guessing you might have a problem with your up axis , do you have a constraint on it at all ?
once you pass the point of where your world up axis is it flips .

Yes there's a constraint from the wrist control and the wrist joint. Anyway to fix it without going back and fixing up my rig?

I just checked the local rotation axis's of the right hand and everything seems to be ok there too..

EDIT:
Also now, the wrist will look fine in animation on Maya, but when I render it the right hand will still look weird.
