Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Modelling Question

I decided to post this question is the n00b section cos I feel like a bit of a n00b asking it.

I drew these reference lines and am not 100% sure what to do with them. I have had a couple of thought. I was thinking of doing a Bi-Rail but not sure what lines to use to get the complete half of the ship made. Another thing I though of doin was to make a plane and then snap the vertices to the lines but that might take an age to do and might look naff at the end.

What do you guys reckon?

modelling question

You could select all of your lines and "loft" them all into one surface.
