Ruins Tutorial

I need to build an old church that is falling apart, a dilapidated building with walls crumbled and broken apart. HOW?

Keep it simple, just add detail were you need it...............dave

That's nice, but how did you do it?
I don't know how to create those windows or the deformed walls.
It was never covered in my class...
