file size

dear freinds i have designed a 3d torch for the website its avi size is 190mb after rendering i want the file size to be 20 kb how i should i do it . can any body help me out

How long is the video ? For your web site, do you meen you want people to watch a video off it ? Can you aford the bandwidth? or do you want like a little animated gif displayed on one of the pages ? Your ansers to thease can help thoughs who help ya get there faster.
