I Need help with weights i cant find it in maya, and i have never used it before so please tell me how to use and where to find it i want to finish this car...

Weights? How would weights help you make this car? Its a good start for a car, but you have no need for weights here.

i need weights for the window to make it straight and not like a curve deformation.

do you mean you are wanting to sharpen some of the edges of the model?

I think he's probably asking about something like Edge Weights. Don't have a clue where they are in Maya, but I could help with Modo.

is it sub d's if so you can select the edge you need and goto either partial crease or full crease which are in the sub d tab

yea, but MR does not render creases [only partial crease iirc im not sure about maya 7.0 release]. so u better just add more edges as u see fit to get good results.

but if you then convert your subd's back to polys using adaptive mode then your fine all the creases are intact and render using mental ray

true. but that also gives u tons of excess geometry u dont need. :nod:
best creasing method for *me is using the koshigaya studio tools. it allows u to slide or offset an edge loop along normals.

Ya crease seems to work but if i want the edges creased in polygon mode how do i do then?

you'd probably use Edit Polygons > Normals > Soften/Harden Edges
