Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Locking rotate on an object

I have an object that is angled 45 degrees from its starting position, I've frozen the transformations on it making the new angle its default position.

However, doing this has caused its pivot to reset itself to align to the world axis again. Is there any way for me to get it so the pivot stays at a 45-degree angle whilst keeping the objects transformations at 0?

If you need more information as to what I'm asking, please let me know!
