uv mapping

i am not ble to map my face.firts of all i select the front faces then i go toedit polygone-texture-planar mapping.after i i dotn know what to do. i dont know how to see my whole face unwrap correctly.(i dont know if unwrap means that lol)
if someone had a good tutorial easy to understand.

Yes, that is a good mapping job. Most of the UVs appear to be in the correct place. You seem to have the knack of it now. Any other questions?

id still re arange, u have over lapping uv's on your chin and eyebrows and other places
