Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

im not really going by a tutorial, i just look up stuff when im stuck :/ Ive been studying all the other posts looking for car wires and its helped alot! thanks!

thats actually the tutorial I was using when i got stuck on parts! haha, thanks! I didnt do much more because i was away for the weekend. Heres a small update, trying to get the windows done today. (they are so annoying...)
changed the color for now so you can see the front lights

Ok, heres a sample render. Back windows arent done yet but there not visible in the render.

haha nice work man. I like the light under the car kinda looks like those neon street racer lights.
maybe some external details could be side mirrors, windshield wipers, or maybe some tire threads could be cool.

I will add some other details soon like windshield wipers, but im i think im just about ready to start the interior, heres a sample render! Thanks for the comments! I completely forgot about mirrors until you said them :/
