M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle

Hi all. I'm pretty new here. Have been registered for a while but I mean new as in I dont realy post on these forums untill now user added image

Well, I'v been working on this project for a little over a week in total now and just wanted to share it with you and maybe get some C&C's user added image

Its still WIP, I still have plenty details that need to be added onto it. I'm posting up a series of shots so you can see how it has progressed up untill now.

ahh looking sweet. guess your useing FG, render there. So how so you get a shadow and stuff without seeing the plane underneath? ive tried this but cant see to do it.
Do you know of a tut anywhere that shows it?

AntiAnt, I'm gonna do a small tutorial soon. Its using occlusion with MR to get it looking like that.

cool looking tank with a nice amount of detail user added image

if you do a simple tutorial on how you rendered that then let me know user added image (I've no experience in mental ray yet)

nice i love it, but your tank look to have way to much rockets, the bradley supposed to have only two i think

btw how do you get those smooth shadows?

Yep you where right. It does have two. I fixed that up and I'm now busy playing around with some texturing...
