pls pls pls pls someone help!

This is driving me crazy! I have this character rig (as posted before). My problem is that my constraints are all funny on my wrist control.

I want to delete the control and start again, however i have attributes i created on the wrist control like;-

fist, pinky roll, index rol etc etc.

Is there ANY way i can transfer these attributes over to another curve?? This would solve my problems.

Creating these attributes was painstaking enough, i really really dont wanna have to do it all again.
