Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Automatic texture loading.

Hi

Is there a way of getting textures to load automatically when you have adjusted the source texture in photoshop, so that you don't have to keep clicking the "reload file" texture button in the attribute editor?

Thanks.

Here's a handy MEL script written by Jared Martin. It creates a small floating window with a button that reloads all textures in your scene. Might not be practical for a large scene with many textures, but it is still very useful. Much easier than going into the attribute editor.
