Possible to connect?

Is it possible to connect these legs on to the torso/body??

No. When dealing with complex Nurbs surfaces, you have to make use of Patch modeling.

you need to sew the edges together, which involves rebuilding the surfaces so that the number of spans in U and V match, then stitching the edges together.
