Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

[help] glow intensity

I'm working on a city street full of neon signs, which flicker due to auto exposure in the shader glow attribute. So I need to manually input the glow intensity, but I can't access the output/console window to see what the glow intensity normalization factor is - it comes up blank, and doesn't display anything when I open it. I tried to restart, but still nothing. Is there another way to see what the glow intensity normalization factor of a rendered shot is?

Any help much appreciated, the deadline is looming...

multiple ways to find it again.

looks to me that your maya version is buggered, try reinstalling, something not showing when it needs to be shown is not normal.
