Very nice!
Is it WIP of Finished?
Are you going to texture it?

it looks pretty good, you should post up some wires.
i think the thumb on the first image looks a little odd, its maybe a bit short and the skin around the base of it seems bloated some what. that could just be the angle tho.

not bad, but hammer.horror is right - there's definitely issue with the thumb - the stretch of skin that goes from the middle of the main body to the base of the thumb looks like it starts too high. also, in the last image, it really looks like the whole thumb has been pulled out too far and then rotated round too much. it almost looks disjointed.
lets see some wires.

agree with the thumb issue, but have to add that the fingertips (not the very ends but the all around area of the final knuckle of the finger) looks a little boxy and too long from top of finger to bottom of finger.

Hey, that looks allot better.
I think that maybe the palm is a tad bit too long though.
Nice work.

you could start blocking out the basic body and then focus on the various parts - the head is always a good place to start tho.
