Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Not bad, just keep up the good work and maybe try and smooth out a few of the in between tricks bits (if that makes sense lol).

here is an update, and a few tweaks to the ball's curves. very very early days. not much change as in added animation, just a few tweaks to the ball and character.

Thanx for all your comments and help. keep them coming and il keep updating. Need all the help i can get for this mission impossible project.

The character is downloaded from Highend 3d called Moom.v1 or something. type in moom in character rigs.

Thanx peeps

btw the final version will have arms, hands and feet animation. And all will be smoothed and il spend about a week or 2 on tweaking and smoothing curves, adding weight etc.

At the mo, it all looks very stiff obviously, so in a month or 3 it should look a helluva lot better, along with lights and a scene, then its to be rendered.
