Been awhile, have no idea what im doing with life. Feeling a bit down, so am starting up maya again while i get over it. My old model/ half finished. Starting block out inside. Dont know if i should add much more detail as i'm really just looking to get a good animation and texture from this model. Is modeling the cockpit a bit over the top?

better look at interior. Was a b#tch making the interior/ exterior fit snug. But will hopefully look good when animated

Love the details. looking forward to seeing it textured. Any ideas how you will do it? do you use photoshop or zbrush?

There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

Thanks antiant
I dont have huge knowledge in this area. I think i will just layout the map usiing maya and take it over to photoshop and add textures. Prob a easier way, so you might need to give me some pointers along the way user added image
Was going to just animate a simple village scene and have the chinook fly in and hover for a few seconds. So all this detail prob wont be seen in the animation user added image
Cheers man
