Curve Alignment

Does anyone have a simply less frustrating way to make sure curves are algined to do the birail tool? I have tried to snap CVs together but once you go to the other side it moves the whole curve. I understand how the Birail tool works and I use birail 2 quite a bit but it take 10-20 minutes to get everything lines up. Total pain in the rump.

I'm not certain why it moves the entire curve when you go to the other side... You can press the "C" key to curve snap. The way it works is you select your CV, hold C, and MMB click and drag on the curve.

Good luck!
