i was using the rotate tool and this happend. never seen it before.sorry if its to big i had to capture the whole screen

sorry but Im not sure whats wrong with the top, except it's not in the center of your scene. Can you specify. In regards to the second request try doing a Rigid Bind instead of a smooth Bind. That may help.
