the Model its self, reminds me More of the Baby Alien at the end of Alien Ressurection, then it does an Orc...
though, it does have potential

Yeah looks like ET. Just clean up the mesh around the mouth, and I think you'll be fine.

I think the reason it doesn't remind people of an orc is because lots of folk (including myself) have a stereotypical image of an orc as looking like a Warcraft orc (big jaw, tusks, big and muscular), but I like seeing something different once in a while, so I like it...

When I think of orc I thing of LOTR, just like your reference picture. I think it will look alot better textured.

I think that if the forheads was a little longer and the top of the head wasn't so flat that that would help. Also once you get some hair on his head that will help with the look as well.

I'd suggest moving the nose down a bit... I don't know why, but to me it looks like something's wrong when it all the way up between the eyes...

hey guys, at last I am able to post again on this site, for some reason I have been unable too, I did a bit more on the orc but ive decided to cut it and go right back to basics and start learning maya properly.
