the pinky is a bit long and also the shoulders are pretty large, the chest seems very small

yeah take your time on the hands. there are a few things you should take note of when constructing them. the arc of their knuckles from a top view, the webbing between each finger, the knuckle arc from a straight-on view, etc.

If you take a bit of time to study and draw them it will come much easier to you and you'll see the patterns and formulas you can create.

As far as the body it's pretty exaggerated, are you going for a stylistic look? Good start, keep it coming.
