I like the image. I'd say try to lessen the glow a little, and do something with the leg; it seems to be slightly ambient, add a bump map or some detail to make it look more realistic.

You can add some numbers or marks on the clock face, and I think the hair needs more work, although I like it better than with no hair.

joed8349, There are marks on the clock, they are hard to see though. I think the hair looks good as it looks like some of his hair got pulled out.

I like what you did with the brother, having him in the foreground and using depth of field to blur him a bit. Very nice work.
