March Challenge - Cyrius - Noobie

HI all !
I m just reserving this spot too ! i think i will have time to finish this new and great challenge ! ( i love the idea )v( )
i think i ll do a mech with two arms user added image with :
- A knife
- and in the another hand i m not sure that i want to do.

two legs user added image user added image user added image and other things ! i post my very ugly sketch tomorrow !

PS : i see the other entry ...... all members are going to do a wonderful modelling ! :banana:

Ah thats great, cant wait to see your progress user added image. I did think of the idea but overall it was you guys who decided what this months challenge was user added image.

cyrius user added image.. can you upload as jpeg or gif from now on.. just not bmp because the files are so huge! They dont even really load for me.. if you can save them as another format that would be great.

I wonder how this is going to look like as a whole.

The arm and especially the legs have a lot of joints, and I feel that is somewhat uncalled for.

I think this will become a good looking killer robot Cyrius.

How did you do the cables? You can make one with a nurbs cuve and the extrude tool (much easier to control and modify the cable afterwards).

i did the cable with only NURBS circle then i duplicated them and loft them.
i think i remove some joint from the legs.

Aw, I used to make cables that way on my millennium falcon!

Shame on you!

Try the extrude option ! user added image

Much faster and gives you more control and less headache, if you modify.
I do not support Bush! Nor Saddam! Long live UN!
