Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

instancing multiple geometry

Hi, when instancing geometry is there a way to use multiple geometry shapes on the same particleShape and if so how?

This one has had me stumped for a while and would be very handy to know.

Many thanks in advance.

err.. jupp. just select all the geometry you'd like to use and go to particles and instancer option box (or was it instancing???)

there will be a list of all the geometry and all you need to do then is selecting the correct particleShape and off you go.
