That will not render more than one frame no matter what. You need to select Render -> Batch Render. This will render out the range you've specified in the Render Globals. You set the file names and numbering there too...

I did that. it just loaded for awhile, then said to look at the renderlog.

Yup. That's what it does user added image. Now you should have a bunch of shiny image files in the images folder under your project directory. If you haven't set a project they're most likely in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\maya\projects\default\images

There is also mayaRenderLog.txt in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\maya folder. From there you can take a look what happened during the batch rendering.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

How do i stop it from rendering. its in the middle of liek a 3 day render. CANCEL BUTTON?? HELP!!

Render > Cancel Batch Render
