Problem with perspective/Vista

Hey all, I noticed that when i switched to vista, both Maya 7 , 8.5 had a small problem

The top right corner has the 3 axes right. as well as the bottom left corner, however the top right corner one, the whole column all the way down doesnt show anything once i move the grid to that area, so in other words, theres a hidden line/border that the grid doesnt cross once it crosses it, and in Windows XP it worked just Fine as well as in the tutorials, its a small glitch i can work with it..but its starting to irritate me..

Thanks user added image
