UV projecting

Hi, could some one plese tell me how to you "lock" the projection so that polys have the same colour when an object is animated.

Thanks,
Dave.

Ok maybe I didnt explain myself fully.
I have created a texture map in photoshop and applyed it to my UVs that were sphericaly projected. Now when I animate my object the projection obviously alters. I was wondering how you either fix the UVs to the map so that this doesnt happen or if there is something I am missing out in the process that will stop this from happening.

Thanks,
Dave.

Did you by any chance rig or animate the object before UV mapping it?
