Yeah, yeah, sure you diduser added image He always nails these things and gets to laugh at me. I hate those artistic shots, they should be banned from real or render comps. I got 10 after some close consideration but you wait I'll get you next time Dave...

6... man I suck at that stuff. Although to be fair, theoretically all of them could be CG, so it's just a matter of guessing which ones happened to be real. Right?

***SPOILER****

...those that got an odd number correct, you know it's designed to be a half and half test, right? user added image

haha stwert, I wouldn't be too upset about it. I did another one of these a few months ago and I think I got 2 out of 6 right. I think it just comes down to picking small flaws in a render that gives away that it's CG, when you have single objects it's a lot more difficult to do than when you have complete scenes because of the reflections. Matching lighting, reflections and shadows with backgrounds in a composite is usually what would give it away, while you see renders of coffee cups or wine glasses on a plain background where it's just impossible to tell coz they're done so well.

*EDIT* *Some of what I say is a SPOILER!*

8 out of 12 first time round. Though some of the CG was really OBVIOUSLY CG. The camera and the old man in particular, plus the car was easy to pick out. But the rest was great. That woman looked SO CG to me for some reason.

"Yes."

I got 8, some of those were a right bugger!
I have to agree with Steve about the woman looking cg too, got me with that one! And the camera was probably the easiest to spot for me.
Was a good little test though, cheers for posting that one Dom.
