Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

moving points in the uv texture window

I have find out that I can move points in the uv texture window.
If I select the component selection type and select the pram points I can select the poins of my uv and move them to get a better layout.
The question is if is good to do this or is it bad and I don't have to do this.
I know that in lightwave and in 3d studio max we can move the points but I don't know if in maya is correct to do this.
I also attach the uv of my female head that I have so far, so you guys can tell me what you think about it.
