Maya's screwed.

Yea -- so I think that Maya suddonly deciding to randomly change my viewport commands around isn't an isolated problem.

Attempting to rotate my camera (pointed parallel to the -x axis) along the X axis 8 times, yet when I type in the rotation degrees -- modifying Z axis makes it look up or down, modifying the y axis makes it look left or right, but instead of X making it roll, it looks up or down again.

try to clear the history and reset the settings/freeze transformation on the camera
