are you doing this in polygons?
i think you might have better luck modelling the entire front end in one solid piece.
the crease lines where the hood meets the fender can be extruded in just right to give a look of seperation but also keeping all one object and creating perfect seperation, where as your fender looks like it has a huge gap from the hood.
yea its polys. im sticking with piece by piece. i knew some1 was gonna mention that about the whole piece and the crease. im gonna do all that today. well i started last night so i only had a few mins to do it in.
