Wrong texture showing in display panel

I think the picture below explains my problem, in the display panel the wrong texture is showing but if I render the correct texture shows up, first thing I did was delete the shader but the same thing happend to the next. I could just delete the plain but I would like to know what the problem is..........thanks dave

In the UV Texture Editor under Texture, make sure the texture you want is being displayed. That's the first thing that comes to mind.

In the UV texture editer the correct file name but showing the wrong texture.......dave

Edit:Looks like it was the file in maya change the file fixed it.......dave
