Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Xs is really nice company and i prefer to stay there for now and do some gr8 job. Who knows they may be the new Blizzard... in 10 years.

EA is a pretty big company,they own Bioware for instance and I personally like Mass effect.
But I used it as an example/metaphore, as to always keep a look out for something new.

I have no idea what it is like to work at EA, but I like to keep an open mind about it and judge for myself
