scarf is also nurbs. When I put her in tis pose, there was very big gap beetwen her arm and body, so I figure out to put something for destraction.
I realize the hair is not realistic, but I aimed for cartoon look...

Thanks.

Is it made with NURBS patches?

No, it's not patches.

I mean to some level. I used one lofted surface for face and neck, with one hole for mouth (so called mouthcentered) But, than I modeled eyes separately and used transparency maps to make edge invisible. Now I owe an explanation why I did it this way. I'm writing a book for my students on various types of modeling. So because this is the first technique I learned I thought it should be in my book user added image)) I did the ears in the same way.

In the area between neck and dress it could be called patches model...

This is a great model, very stylistic. I could see this as part of an animated film. Any plans on making something with it?

She almost looks like an Epyptian princess in modern times.

Great work!

thanks user added image

I always try to make models very animatable, so they can pass casting for any film user added image

So far this model is just an illustration for book.
