[Solved]Problem with Alphas

Hi, i have a little problem with my project and i was wondering if i can get help

I made a thin rectangular shape that are supposed to be feathers and textured it with .tga alpha textures, it looks all good when viewing it in the main maya window, but when i render it, the parts that are supposed to be invisible turn black. Any help where i could have made a mistake ?

Solved, it was a problem with the Ambiant color that was unintentionally set on black
