I think the hair looks a bit like it is stuck on - perhaps make the transition from head to hair smoother? The bulb of his nose doesn't seem to come out smoothly from the rest of it. The jacket sleeve creases could be a little more random; maybe try moving some edges round? But the stylised feel is good I think.
If you render on a lighter background (environment tab in the camera attribute editor) it makes things a bit easier to see btw.
