Hehe, in a bit more than a month I will be 28 so I know your feeling... BUT in case you didnt know, man peak in term of strenght & health is at 30. At least, in theory so you should be approching your prime ;-) At least, thats what I am saying to myself to get some motivation to train / run...

I also see 30 as the age I should start thinking about kids, wow, that is a scary thought!

Anyways, hope you get some nice presents, especialy from the wife!

Mantat you said it mate.. I have already started training again and have got back down to almost my kickboxing weight that I was before going back to school for 3d.

Funny you mentuion kids as well. My wife and I have started talking about when to have a little one so that we are not too old to do things still when they leave the house.

Got a nice gift new video card=)

You guys are really cute!

I'm 35, getting 36 next year in may. What am I supposed to do? Go make like an elephant? Wander off to some calm place, lay down and die?

Won't! :p

Aw...in my 'embarrassment' that little detail slipped me - that this 29-years accident has happened to you just now.

Happy birthday, mate - and take it easy...turning 30 is something completely different! user added image
