thanks for the studio set-up! Your work on this car makes me dizzy-it is an impressive show of hard work and dedication and it has really paid off-very impressive-keep it up m8!

Oh Man, your renders are out of control ...and your modelling...you have got some serious skill...really inspiring...how did you get the renders to look so good when the car was like a clay color...before your final renders...i would really like to know..i saw the lighting post but am a lil confused still. thanks

thanks but im a bit confused by your question, do you car to reiterate. Well the lighting isnt a tutorial and not meant to be just a few of the settings with the light i tweaked.

thanks its been a while since i touched this model but i just realized that i cannot model to much details cause maya just wont render past 5 mil tris and also cause of my computer limitations..anywho heres a render test dont mind the bg just something i threw together in photoshop first one is the raw render from mental ray and the second is just a curves adjustment
also added a bumpmap of the tire sidewall
