textures matching parts of UV's

hey guys. i finally got a texturing proggy i like (bodypaint), the only problem im having is this:

when i paint on textures on one UV (IE the back) and the same texture on another ares (Ie the front torso/arm) the textures do not meet up and there is a distinct line between them all.

any ideas?

As I posted in your other thread, your Uv map is not constant so your have different checker scles, therefore the same texture is different sizes

how do i fix the uv map?
is there a way to just match up the texture another way?
