Help. with convert file to small size

hi everyone. I made some animation(3second). I save it as quicktime or movie file.
how can I convert file to small size without losing any resolution?

the file is 17 mb I want convert it to under 1 mb. any idee?

i use 4u vi mpeg converter myself and that is for all my video size conversion ..I just use lan video ..and it works great

if u want view video on mac and win too then use Sorenson Video 3 Pro codec or TechSmith Camtasia Studio both r best at comperssing video or u just want to make small size without losing any resolution? Sorenson Squeeze v4.2 it will real Squeeze with any loss i use
