Download Problem

Hello,

I bought yesterday some video credits and try to download tutorials.
Every time I click on the link I am landing on a page which says "you have entered this page more than 150 times, try again tomorrow"
Today is "tomorrow" but it tells me the same again. What can I do to solve this?

Also I have restarted the computer, logged out and again in, nothing helped so far.
