Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

April Challenge_Lo PolyCharacter_Johndoe050

I always liked the Hitman series. Hitman Blood money is a game a can still enjoy because of the pace of the game. So I thought i would remake the main character Hitman 47. Don't know quiet yet what to alter tho becasue he is pretty blend accept for his bald head and his angry face which is good if you are a hitman of course. So i was thinking of a zombie version or maybe just a black version of hitman.

Nice Choice. I love Hitman games too.

If your thinkin of changing him slightly, how about a black female version but in a white suit or different costume? user added image

Thanks for the suggestions Speedy. I started working on the head last night and it took me 2 hours to make this male face haha. Also this is my first attempt at modeling a face and i got a lot of male reference. So i think i stick with the male version. I might just pick up on the white suit tho. Thanks

Bullet: I hope you played it on your PC not a console because those where some bad ports. Its definitely a PC game. Further more the first game, Hitman Code 47 and the last game Hitman Blood money are the best. And the latter is still looking okay graphics wise.

This is what i got so far:

For a first attempt at a head, its very good! Its always good to start your first head as a low poly model i think. keep it up! user added image

Thanks Speedy. I must say the Topology thread is a big help and just looking at different heads at different angels also helps a lot.

Thanks Stwert.

Dave, I think i keep the ear as it is and use my texture map to further detail the ear. I haven't modelled an ear before so I will make that a seperate study for the future because of the deadline of the challenge. A lot of first time things on this challenge and I do want to finish this. Starting a project is not difficult but finishing one is, so i try to keep it simple.

Do any of you guys or girls have some good hand reference? I googled some but are not happy with the results.

Thanks stwert for the ref.

I had a very busy week because i had a couple of job interviews. Luckily it paided off because i got a job as a mechanical engineer whoehoe!! I can start this monday, 40 hours a week user added image. So i had to refresh my Solidworks skills.

As for Maya, I think the model is pretty much done shape wise. Maybe i need to change the topology around and delete some faces. Critique is appriciated.

The hand, its is suppose to be a gloved hand. It is not a low poly as the hands from Tweety or Speedy but I tried to keep it as low as possible:
