I just purchased a lifetime membership and everytime i try to download a video it says Sorry, you do not have permision to access this file. i have already confirmed my email and cleared my cache i dont know what to do plz help user added image

certain videos i am aloud to download but not all of them i cant get the low poly modeling freaky to work but i could down an animation tutorial why

now it wont even let me download the animation one it would a minute ago user added image
