Ok, I hope this will fit under the rules. Its not gonna be a "city" by any conventional means, but there will be towers and such..... but its in hell, so I am not sure.... Does it have to be a human city?

Ugh, my Interwebz has been down for about a week.....I never realized how much I use it to look up things before.... I had like 5 instances where I was like "Oh, we can look that up on the.... Oh wait... No we can't"
